Off white is the safest colour in a kitchen and the hardest one to get right. Go too cool and it reads clinical, too warm and it dates. The finish here sits in the middle and takes the warmth of the hardwood floor without fighting it.
Traditional detailing needs room to breathe. Raised panel doors, a furniture style island with turned legs and applied end panels only work if the room is generous enough to carry them, which is why they suit a full remodel more than a facelift.
Stacking the ovens into a tall run frees the working countertop entirely. It is one of the more useful things you can do with a wall in a kitchen this size, and it keeps the sight line across the island clear.
